Pirate City Sanitation Terms & Conditions

By scheduling service with Pirate City Sanitation, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  • Bins should be empty and accessible at the time of service whenever possible

  • Service is typically scheduled the day after trash pickup to help ensure bins are ready for cleaning

  • If trash remains in bins, all garbage must be securely bagged

  • Pirate City Sanitation reserves the right to refuse service for hazardous materials, chemicals, loose animal waste, construction debris, or excessively contaminated bins

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible from the curb or agreed-upon service location

  • Missed appointments due to inaccessible bins may result in a missed service fee

  • Weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances may require appointments to be rescheduled

  • Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled before the next scheduled cleaning

  • Payment is due according to the selected service plan and invoice terms

  • No refunds will be issued after services have been completed

  • Pirate City Sanitation is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins including cracks, loose wheels, lids, fading, or structural weakness

  • Customers agree that cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage hidden beneath dirt or buildup

  • We use environmentally responsible wastewater containment and disposal practices whenever possible

  • By booking service, customers authorize Pirate City Sanitation to perform scheduled cleaning services at the provided address
